About the tour

History's hardest place, visited with care.

Auschwitz-Birkenau is the largest and most important Holocaust memorial site in Europe. Established by Nazi Germany near the town of Oświęcim in occupied Poland, the camp complex operated between 1940 and 1945. Approximately 1.3 million people were deported here, of whom about 1.1 million perished — the majority Jews, along with Poles, Roma, Soviet prisoners of war and others. The camp was liberated by the Soviet Red Army on January 27, 1945.

The complex consisted of three main camps: Auschwitz I, the original 1940 camp and administrative centre; Auschwitz II Birkenau, opened in 1941 as the principal site of mass extermination, with gas chambers and crematoria; and Auschwitz III Monowitz, established in 1942 as a labour camp supplying workers to the IG Farben chemical plant.

We organise everything — licensed museum guide, skip-the-queue entry, transport in both directions — so you can focus on the visit itself. Our chauffeur picks you up from your Kraków hotel in a private Mercedes Vito, drives you the 65 km to the museum, and waits for you while you tour both Auschwitz I and Birkenau. No rushing, no buses, no logistics to manage.

Important to know

Museum entrance itself is free of charge, but timed-entry reservations are mandatory and must be made well in advance — peak-season slots fill up weeks ahead.

Guided tours run in English, Polish, German, Italian, Spanish, French and several other languages. We handle reservations and pair you with an accredited guide as part of the tour price.
